Why Start A Low Carb High FAT Diet Plan For Weight Loss

I know that the idea of A diet that is high in fat is hard to wrap your head around
First you must understand that Insulin is the fat storage hormone.
Carbohydrates cause a spike in insulin secretion and increase cravings and increases stores of fat.
Low carb diets reduces calories by reducing your cravings for foods.
Carbohydrates are not essential elements in the human body.
You can live without carbohydrates but you can’t live with protein and fat.
Eat (real) fat to:
*Promote fat burn,
*Build muscle faster,
*Curb cravings for junk foods,
*Supply your body with essential nutrients,
* Better absorb certain vitamins and antioxidants
* Prevent nutrient loss during cooking
As your insulin resistance increase your weight increases, your body can’t handle the increase of carb and stores the excess as fat.
Your body needs at least four weeks to adapt to the reduction of carbs in your diet.
Burning fat instead of carbs will increase your energy and endurance levels.

What have the low fat high carbohydrate done for obesity and diabetes of the world.
You will enjoy the food because fat tastes good. And is a tasty diet to follow.
You can eat well and not suffer from hunger or ill nature like when on a restricted caloric diet.
Dr. Atkins had it almost right by restricting carbs but his pushing protein over fat made his diet not as effective or enjoyable.
Take the negative press about Coconut oil or butter for instance, We were told that both were harmful to our health.
The food industry jumped right on it and created margarin which was loaded with trans fats, truly unhealthy for our bodies.
Look at what the FDA told us about egg, how they are saying it is a perfect food.
For a very long time, fat had a bad reputation. We were told many times to avoid it at all costs. We all opted for skim this or low fat diet that, and fat was kicked to the curb. Now it is being reported that fat is no longer evil

A meal that's relatively high in carbohydrate can often produce very high glucose levels and this is a problem.
Saturated fat found in foods like red meats and other rich protein sources actually increases free testosterone levels, that help repair tissue and maintain muscle mass.
Current research is suggesting that low-carb diets should be the first treatment option in diabetes because of the consistently good control of blood glucose and the reduction, or elimination, of diabetes medication.
It hard to believe those of us who are obese or have a deficiency in insulin and inability to produce enough insulin, or require medications to help them make insulin, to be eating so much carbohydrate.

If you are concerned about your weight or overall health, rather than avoiding fat in your diet, try replacing trans fats and saturated fats from fried or processed foods with good fats, such as fish, olive oil, nuts, avocados, and high-quality cheeses.

High Fat That Super Healthy are;
Coconuts And Coconut Oil ( which our video on Coconut Oil benefits)
Avocados
Hard Cheeses
Dark Chocolate ( make sure it is 70% cocoa) ounce
Whole Eggs
Fatty Fish ( salmon, Trout, Mackerel, Sardines, Herring)
Cod Fish Liver Oil supplements if you don’t like fish.
Nuts are incredibly healthy ( just keep it to one once per serving)
Chia Seeds
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Full Fat Yogurt- you need the probiotic bacteria ( avoid ones with added sugars)

We have been told for years by the FDA and the food industry that saturated Fat were unhealthy and the cause of heart decease. Current research is reporting that saturated fat is in fact good for you because it raises your good cholesterol.

What do they feed cows to fatten them up, carbohydrates. Mounting evidence shows that most of the problems associated with eating meat are, in reality, eating corn-fed meat.
One cup of corn is 123 grams of total carbohydrate. To lose weight you must avoid starchy vegetables because they are high in carbohydrates. Bear in mind that the sweeter the vegetable the more carbs you will be eating.
Try to keep your consummation of carbs to 20 grams a day.

A single cupcake has 26 grams of carbohydrates, six grams more than you should take in during a complete day, no wonder we get fat and don’t know why.
Carbohydrates include all grains and fruit. A single slice of bread has 20 grams, a banana as 27g. carbs.

The key is to replace carbohydrates with “some” protein and lots of fat.
Yes you read that right “FAT”.

You must understand that your brain is made up of first water and then fat. That includes monounsaturated fat and saturated fat, yes saturated FAT.
That includes monounsaturated fat like nuts, avocado, salmon, and olive oil. It also includes saturated fat like eggs, cheese, butter, coconut oil, and bacon.
It has been proven that most of the modern diseases come from inflammation as a result of eating to much carbohydrates, not cholesterol. HDL cholesterol is good for you , the bad LDL cholesterol comes from eating carbohydrates not saturated fat. The bad LDL comes from eating too many carbohydrates, trans fats, and industrialised Omega-6 fats, found in cooking oils like vegetable oil, soybean oil, corn oil, etc. So eliminate those harmful fats, drastically reduce your carbohydrate intake, and watch those small, dense LDL particles disappear.
You must reach the moment of realisation that you must give up eating the modern diet of low fat, high carbohydrates to end your obesity struggles.
Carbohydrates do give us energy. But when we eat more carbohydrates than our body's energy requirements demand, those extra carbs are turned into body fat. Body fat is simply fat that is being stored for later use. When we eat fewer carbohydrates than our energy needs require, such as in times of famine, our body gets its energy by burning the stored body fat.
