The 30 Day Running Challenge! Let's all use the hashtag #RunningWithCarly to keep each other motivated! It's been ages since i last gave you all a 30 day challenge and seeing as how so many of you want to improve your fitness, lose weight and tone up i thought it was about time we did some cardio! Watch this video to get the full details of the challenge and then either copy and paste the details below or print off your own 30 day Running Challenge Sheet so you know exactly what to do each day!

Beginners - Aim for 20 minutes at your own pace, walk whenever you need to.
Intermediate - Aim for 30 minutes at your own pace.
Hardcore - Double it, if you can!
Don't forget the importance of warming up, cooling down and stretching, you are more than welcome to indulge in some warm baths at the end of the day!
